How Efficiency Score is Calculated
Efficiency Score = (Average Activity % × 0.9) + Task Volume Bonus (up to 10 pts). Activity rate is the primary signal since it's consistent regardless of role. The task bonus is a small supplementary indicator. A score above 65 is solid. Below 40 signals a concern worth reviewing.
